We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we have reason to believe a user does not meet this age requirement.

2. About Our Products

DropIn Labs sells dietary supplements.

Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our products are dietary supplements regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), and are not required to undergo FDA approval before sale, unlike prescription drugs.

The content on this Site, including product descriptions and any statements about ingredients, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship of any kind. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled portion. Order confirmation emails do not constitute our acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received it.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur; if a pricing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you accordingly.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers made available through our Shopify store. We do not store or process your payment card information directly. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total based on your shipping address and applicable law.

6. Shipping

We ship orders both within the United States and internationally.

• Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Domestic delivery: Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days for standard shipping (2–3 business days for expedited, where available), calculated from the ship date.
• International delivery: Estimated delivery generally ranges from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
• Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
• Customs, duties, and import taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. It is your responsibility to confirm that dietary supplements can be legally imported into your country before ordering; DropIn Labs is not responsible for orders delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs.
• Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
• Lost, stolen, or delayed packages: DropIn Labs is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked delivered by the carrier, though we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where possible.
• Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a standard 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

• Eligibility: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof of purchase is required.
• Non-returnable items: Opened or used products (unless defective or shipped in error), final sale/clearance items, gift cards, and returns requested after the 30-day window.
• How to return: Contact us at hello@dropin-labs.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and authorization.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item; we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
• Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
• International returns: Subject to the same 30-day policy; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customs duties/import taxes paid on the original order are generally non-refundable.
• Order cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; we can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, images, videos, and software, is the property of DropIn Labs or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
